I have a D2650FD and the rear seal on the drop box is leaking. according to my manual it looks like it will be easy to replace. Does any one know where I can get a seal and bearings for one?
If so am I over looking how easy it looks to replace ?

Should be OK if you've got a manual so there aren't any surprises like special tools required or mystery retaining rings to find.

I was going to mention that it's good to avoid destroying the seal when removing the old one. Depending on the type of seal it may have an OEM code on it and might be obtainable from an OEM supplier--same with the bearing. Then, I noticed that the Google ads below the post seem to be at least semi-smart and listed several oil seal manufacturers. A large local fabrication or repair shop might be able to identify the codes.

Of course, it's always desirable to have the new parts needed before starting a tear down, and that probably means going through a dealer or somebody who specializes in tractor parts but often bearings and seals are fairly generic and can be found outside of tractor parts systems. ....
