MY MT160 dies in mid-stride over the weekend. Going along on flat ground and just quit. No ignition, lights or dash indicators; nothing working other than the flashers/turn signals. Checked panel fuses as okay and batt is good. looked over wiring to solenoid and appears okay. Any suggestions?

I would check for current at the battery terminal on the ignition/starter switch. ....

The ignition switch is my primary suspect but I've never seen one "go bad" in this manner (while tractor was in operation). Would have to order the $122 replacement so fishing for other things to check..... thanks for the response. ....

My thoughts were that perhaps you wasn't getting current through the battery wire to the battery terminal. If you are getting current to the ignition switch then you can check the to see if you are getting current through the switch by turning to the start position and checking voltage at different terminals. ....
