I don't know the tractor so my comments may be irrelevant. Many Japanese compacts have a manifold block that contains auxiliary system ports for loaders etc, a diverter valve for selecting between aux and 3ph and the system relief valve. You'd find such a block by tracing the high pressure line from the pump to the 3ph. It looks like a block. If it has a pressure relief valve, there's small steel line going to the cases in addition to the larger outlet line.

If the tractor doesn't have a manifold block, I believe the usual solution is to cut the high-pressure line and install fittings to run to the loader valve inlet port. The outlet runs back to the other side of the high-pressure line, and a loader valve that is power-beyond rated is used. Plumbed in this way, the loader or the 3ph will work without changing a diverter valve. You do have to know if the system relief valve is ahead or behind of the loader valve. If it's behind, then protection of the loader system depends on a relief valve in the loader valve.

Use of a manifold/diverter is preferable because the diverter always can be changed to remote so the loader is taken out of the system. Some possible failures of a loader valve would mean that the tractor couldn't be driven without pumping a bunch of oil on the ground. Some tractors do have ports as part of the 3ph or require a different lift-cover to provide auxiliary ports. ....
