I need a complete cylinder head for an E180D Hinomoto tractor.This thing has an S107 motor in it and it is a 2 cylinder diesel.I would be willing to pay a fair price for a head,but I am not a rich man nor do I have a fetish for Hinomoto tractors.If I cannot find a cylinder head at a fair price,I will sell what I have if someone is dumb enough to buy it.I live in south Amerika (South Texas).

Have you visited the grey market boards or the Hinomoto board in particular on Yahoo? I bet you might find some help there.

Yes Jerri,I have been to the Yahoo site a couple of months ago.Didn't have any luck at all.I got a price from a local supplier here in Houston a few months ago and so far all the prices I have gotten on the internet are way higher than they were.Now I see why so many dot.com's are going away.They are pricing themselves right out of the market. ....

Hmmmm,
Sorry to hear that. Don't have it right now but there are a few bone yards around the country with some Hino's in them....also you may want to try Brent Pepper to see if he knows of a crossover so that you can widen your search. Also, there are some parts folks down in I believe Miss. and up in Ill.. I know is can be difficult to find the parts sometimes. Right after purchasing mine I sheared the pto shaft and the pto counter shaft. Wound up ordering them out of Japan and saved a bundle. Massey priced these at about $1,000.00 and from Japan one sent in for $50.00. I know Len Sheaffer can and will help you and I would certainly ask Brent if he knows of a crossover.
Feel free to email me and I will see what I can do to help.

Thanks Jerri;
I have already e-mailed Brent and I think I have a reply from him a few e-mails down from this one.It's not hard to get disgusted when one is trying to get something going so they can do a little clearing on a piece of property.It gets especially disgusting when you've been clearing with a shovel,a rake,an ax and a chain and a pickup truck for over a year because money just won't bloom on my trees.I have got this 2.5 acres looking pretty good,but it sure would be nice if I had a little help in the form of a running Hinomoto tractor. :-) I don't think I'd be willing to spend any money at the tractor dealerships as the new parts are just way to high for me.I am an automotive mechanic by trade,so I can fix just about anything (Except,of course,a broken heart).
Thanks again for your help.

Dinker, considering this thread is now a little over seven years old, don't hold your breath waiting for the info.....
Best of luck. ....
