Occasionally I need to bend plywood into a curve to use as a concrete form or for curved framing work. Sometimes the curve radius is too tight for the the thickness of material used. Then I have to resort to cutting saw kerfs to help it bend. I'm hoping somone out there can supply me with a table showing the minimum bending radius for the most common thicknesses of plywood and OSB, both across the grain and with the grain.

Looks like an interesting forum. I'm a Canadian-based journeyman carpenter and hope to contribute occasionally.

Thanks in advance for the help.

A Google search for "bending plywood" came up with this link (pdf file), among others. Pretty interesting.

Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks. I need to think more about my google searching, I tried a few different search terms but couldn't find anything like this. I knew it had to be out there somewhere!

OK, off to work. Today's project: exposed soffitt concrete stairs with metric dimensions. Yes it can be done (and it's actually easier in metric!). ....
