I have a Ford 2n. I've replaced wires, plugs, points and condenser and even installed a carb rebuild kit and it still won't start. I have spark and it's gettin' gas. HELP!

Have you checked compression? Unlikely that you'd lose compression in all cylinders, though. Would still start on 2 or 3 cylinders.
Ignition timing? Could be sparking at the wrong time. Remove #1 spark plug and turn engine until #1 piston is at about TDC. Remove distributor cap; rotor should be pointing about at #1 terminal .
Have you had the valve cover off to check that the valves are opening and closing? If a pushrod falls out of place, that cylinder will be dead. Still would start on the others, though. Timing chain, maybe? Don't know if the Fords used a chain.
Low battery / bad coil? Sometimes a marginal battery will have all of its juice soaked up when cranking, and the coil won't fire properly. Have you tried towing it to start it? I've seen tractors that just wouldn't start on their own fire right up when pulled. Be careful that the engine is turning freely, towing is a good way to cause major damage in a stuck engine, or if a cylinder is full of water, etc.
Could be something more simple, such as restricted gas flow; might be getting some gas but not enough. Gas cap vent OK? Gas lines not clogged up by rust (common in older tractors).

Spark, gas, compression and timing and most engines will start. Weak ignition can be a problem since a plug that fires in the air may not fire under compression. No direct experience myself, but sometimes 12V conversions on the old Fords create unusual problems and the original coils are usually suspect.
There are safety issues and practices that can't be recommended. I've loosened the plugs a bit on 'mystery engines' to reduce the compression to test for weak spark when I knew the engine's compression was OK and also removed air cleaners and cupped my hand momentarily over carb bowls while it's cranking. So don't do what I say but maybe run a compression check and also see if there's fuel in the carb bowl but not on the plugs. ....

Good advice from Bill and Tom. If you don't have one, get a compression tester. If memory serves, you should have between 75 and 90 pounds of pressure.
Ford cams are gear driven so they shouldn't slip a tooth easily. You can take the side panel off (two bolts) to view the valve train. Maybe a valve is stuck open.

Had the same problem with my 2N after I upgraded to the alternator kit. I did not have a 12 volt coil and this made it terribly hard to start. It would run and ran good once you got it going. Once I changed the coil to 12v, you just touch the starter and it starts. ....
