I have owned a belarus 250 as for years. Lately when I attach my box blade or bush hog and am using the pto the tractor idles down. Also when I put it in float on the hydraulics it idles down. The tractor will still operate but it is very slow. I have replaced the fuel, inspected both fuel filters and cleaned the bowls and fuel lines. The tractor will run great as long as you dont use the hydraulics or pto. Anyone got any suggestions?

Did you check the air filter? Also check the air intake for insect nest.
Does it die down pulling a load?
Have you checked the hyd fluid level? ....

It does not have an air filter, it has a air dist. chamber. Hyd fluid level is ok. I found if you pinch off the fuel return line to the tank it runs great. Any more ideas? ....
