I have a Belarus Nortrac 250 w/ 230 +/- hours ca. 1993 model (not sure) with front loader, 6' york rake, 5' rotary belly mower, tire chains, manuals and maintenance video for sale in western MA. I am not sure of its "value." I want to put a reasonable price on it that's fair to all--myself included. Does anyone have either an opinion on price or suggestions for an online "bluebook"? BTW, it's in very good shape cosmetically and mechanically. Probably needs a bigger battery and a wash job.

Book says bare 1993 250AS tractor cost was $6,395 new, now worth $4,220, $4,480 and $4,790 in fair, good and premium condition. Loader probably adds $1k to the value, mower probably $500 and rake $300. Around here (W PA) this brand doesn't do well on resale because parts are very hard to get. Things may be different in MA. ....
