 Liberty Tractor in Mississippi

Looking to buy a reconditioned Yanmar in the next few weeks or so. Is anyone familiar with Liberty Tractor out of Mississippi the prices seem pretty reasonable and I am told they do good work on the reconditioning process, and all reconditioned tractors come with a 2 yr. drivetrain warranty. They have 2210 listed for about $4600.00. What are the better models to look for? 2cyl. vs. 3cyl.? Thanks in advance.

Kelsey

I'm also in the process of buying my first tractor and went to Liberty Tractor yesterday. My first impression was that they didn't want to take the time to explain things to me and were very short in there answers.

I experienced the same at Liberty on I55 South. I got up, went to the bank, had cash in my pocket determined to buy a tractor. I felt like I was being a pain in the butt by asking questions. I couldn't get the sales guy to talk. He answered my questions with the shortest answers possible. So I left and went to Scotts in Florence. An even worse experience. I ended up buying from an individual.

I went to Liberty Tractor Monday. Today is Thursday, August 12, 2004. I am only 20 years old. Before I went there, I felt like I would be kind of "discriminated" because of my age. WAS I WRONG!!! I was very pleased with the salesman. His name was Bob. He answered ALL of my questions. There was an older feller who walked up while we were talking. He didn't see to him until we were through.
All in all, I impressed.

Travis
