I have a Yanmar 1500D tractor. Does any one know where I can buy 5, 10, and 15 amp wire fuses?

WJ; You leave me without a clue what you mean by "Wire fuses". Perhaps if you would post a description of them we might all have a box of them somewhere around. Frank. ....

Frank: This is the best I can describe the fuse. If you go to www.Hoyetractor.com, you will see the type of 5, 10, and 15 amp fuses that I need. Look under YM 1500D, chassis parts, electrical. Part 49 is a 15 amp fuse. I contacted Hoye Tractors. They only have 15 amp as pictured. They do not carry the 5 and 10 amp fuses. I need 5, 10, and 15 amp fuses. Thank for you help. Bill S ....

It's hard to tell from the picture, are these fuses little semi-round ceramic pieces with an exposed wire folded over the top? My old 1970 Opel used those types of fuses, if they're the same maybe you can search for those. ....

I also see they claim the 15A is "safe to use" instead of the 5A and 10A. Can't say that I agree.
But anyway - have you considered fuse wire?

OK, I see them as part no's. 49-50-50. That's a new one on me. I think I'd want to be sure the little fuse cover was in place just for safety's sake with perhaps a piece of red hot wire falling into something combustible. Frank. ....
