Someone here on nthe board bought a reverse tine tiller last spring. I've wondered how it worked out. I almost bought one a few years ago but ened up buying a conventional front rotating machine.

I once borrowed one for a single use and I guess the relative tine speed was a smidge faster. It just needed a shield to protect the tractor and keep the same stones from being re-churned. ....

I like the reverse tine tillers as it is like making a pass and a half. They don't like stones as well as a normal unit as they will bring stones over the top and jam up under the top.

It is alright if you are on your own garden and pick stones or do not have many stones.

They do a better job in the first pass or second pass. ....
