Most Cat 1 implements will work by changing the lift pins to cat 0, if the tractor is big enough for the implement.

When I was at TSC last fall, I was curious why several of the rear blades out front were tagged "Cat 0" when they appeared Cat-1. The guy inside told me that they were generally light enough for Cat-0, and the pins were reversible. Be aware, though, that pins may be too large, even if reversed. TSC has a good definition of Cat's on their web site (follow the link). Best advised to measure and determine implement weight before buying.
