I ordered a 1725 New Holland rental return yesterday. It is just a spare tractor and to be used for light work and for pulling our grape gondolas. I got the better lift arms and the 5 year/5000 warranty. I paid $11,000 out the door. Has anyone other than Farm Lady had trouble with a 1725? My dealer told me they haven't had much trouble yet with them and they've sold about 35.Thanks!

We ran a 1925 with 50 hrs and it ran great. True, there was a little more smoke at start up than my 1620 with 670 hrs, but it ran flawlessly. It was equipted with a woods backhoe and a woods loader. We loaded the loader with rocks probably significantly overloading the loader but it lifted them effortlessly. If it wasn't for farminlady I would buy it right now, however, farminlady always sticks in the back of my mind. Maybe she just got a lemon. I don't think we'll ever know.

Purchased 1725 right before FarmingLady w/7308 loader, 4wd Ags, Deluxe ROPS, 4 rear wheel weights as ballast for loader. Cannot complain about a thing, no smell, little startup smoke then clears. Now has 75+ hours on it. Runs like a champ. Have 5 foot finish mower and brush hog, 3PH rear blade for dirt and snow, 3PH Post hole digger and boom (great for setting transplanted trees), 3PH fork lift (bring home used 4x4 pallets from work, make storing and moving things a breeze, don't even have to get off to move stuff. All work fantastic. I use two NH dealers (friendly competition). One has three selling locations in two different states. Over 50+ sold between both dealers, not one return for engine problems. Go figure.
