 TC33D tires dished out

I haven't been able to find this in the archives. Does NH allow you to dish the TC33D tires out to achieve a wider stance without voiding the warranty? If so, how much width would you gain? Anyone done this?

I wonder if you are running it in 4WD on concrete or ashphalt? If so that may be the problem????

Not sure what problem you mean. This was a pre-sale question I asked before I ordered a JD 4310. I was just curious if the TC33D wheels could be inverted or the wheels could be swapped side to side to get a wider footprint. I know on cars and trucks if you go with negative offset wheels it puts a real strain on the bearings.

It depends on which tires you have. With the R4 (industrial) tires, NH doesn't call them adjustable. I think that the rims aren't dished; if you reversed them the width would be the same. I really haven't looked at mine that close (TC29). With the ag tires, they are adjustable by turning the dish in or out.
On the next series, I believe they are adjustable even with R4's. My friend just got a TC40, and it looks like you can turn the dish in or out, and also move the rim to one side of the hub or the other.

Reversing wheels works unless the rim is attached to the wheel at its centre. I haven't heard of warranty issues for reversing the rear wheels but checking with a dealer would be good. I don't think reversing the fronts is very common and there may be mechanical issues. It's sort of questionable how much a wider stance on the front would improve the stability of a 4WD tractor since most 4wd axles pivot.

In reversing wheels, swapping sides is the more common method for directional tires such as ags. Swapping sides may put the valve stems on the inside it keeps the high traction direction on the forward gears. A loaded tire may weight more than you want to wrestle with.

The dimensional specs in the spec sheet indicate wheels dished inward so I would take that to imply that could be dished outward, otherwise why specify dished inward?
