 Parting out Ford tractor

Hello,
I am going to part out a Ford 1320 4WD tractor. It has a blown engine, but the rest of the tractor is intact. It has new tires, the rears never mounted and the front less that 100 hours. I am picking up the tractor on Sunday and it will go to the scrap yard on Monday.
If anybody needs parts email me and I will strip and ship them. If you are close to N. CA you can pick up.
Thanks
Cameron

 Parting out Ford tractor

Cameron, I just bought a Ford 1310. Do you know if any parts are interchangeable?? I'm too ignorant of the tractor to know right off what needs fixing. Does anyone out there now of any common things w/ the 1310 that I should look into getting spare parts off the 1320?

 Parting out Ford tractor

Wish I could be some specific help. My impression is that the '20-series is substantially different from the '10-series. Many of the part numbers within the '10-series apply of most models, but I'm guessing that the interchange is less between the 10 and 20 series.

It can get complicated, within the 10-series, some models had production upgrades. Some models use one part number before a particular year and another after. In addition, I believe that NH took over Ford in the middle of the 20-series production. I believe there are Ford '20's and NH '20's, and there are part differences between Ford and NH tractors for the same model.

It about takes parts manuals for both the '10 and '20 series to sort this stuff out. Parts manuals are worthwhile to have if for no other reason than they have very detailed exploded diagrams. If you have established a working relationship with a dealer, the parts guy might be able to provide a general idea about how much interchange there is. The parts guy might want to know the serial numbers from both tractors to be at all specific.
