TC33D Right hand lower hood problems

Right hand lower hood connection points break out from manufacture on two new tractors purchased just a few years ago.

Has anyone had the same problem? Would like to have them replaced by the company as we had nothing to do with the plastic breaking out.

My '02 33D has a clip-and-pin at the top rear and two brackets with holes that slide over two rubber nipples. It's a fairly reliable system if you use it right.

Maybe you are missing some parts or not seating it right and stressing it out. When properly installed it has a bit of jiggle/wiggle in it to allow it to float.

Is the hood rubbing on it or both?

Have you priced that cover? Last I looked it was about $650 for one.
