The PTO failed on my TZ18 its two months old with 22hrs. The dealer picked it up on July 6th. They told me it will be ready on July 14th well it was not. Now they say they wont have parts until August 8th or later. They sent out a Kubota B7300 loaner on July 15th that is in such bad shape it will hardly cut grass. It made such a mess out of my lawn I had to have my old lawn service cut it. I don't think I should have to Waite 5 + weeks to have a 9500.00 mower fixed. What should I do?

That is the world of back order. Every brand is going through this right now. It is not the dealers fought. But call them and tell them that the loner is no good and ask for some thing different. But try to be nice it is a rough time of the year being hay season and harvesting season are hear. I am sure they will take care of you as quickly as they can.

Still waiting for parts. To top it all off the dealer is not sure if its what wrong with my tractor. I may be waiting for a part that will not fix the problem. Dealer sent out another POS Kubota zero turn. If I wanted a Kubota I would have bought one. I talked to the Dealer , New Holland rep. and New Holland customer response center all were no help. 30 days and counting. As far as I'm concerned New Holland customer service sucks. I will never buy New Holland again.

Do they have lemon laws in your state that might apply?

Often lemon laws specify a "time out of service" too.

I have often found running an ad in the local paper detailing the problem and solutions given are cheaper and more effective than legal action.

What part is it down for? Do you have part numbers? What city is this dealer in?
