 Used price for 1999 TC33

I'm new to the forum, so hello all. I have a 1999 TC33 with BUSH HOG brand loader # 2246QT and rear mower #SQ600, 2wd., Ag tires, 180 hours and barn kept. I have somebody interested in buying it but was curious as to a good asking price. I know what new ones cost, but we bought this used and need some help.

Thanks,
Greg Thorne

Greg,
Check out the link below for used tractor prices.
I would think you could add $1500-2000 for the brush hog and finishing mower if they are in good shape.
Hope this helps.

Have you checked with a dealer for trade in value with and without the loader? I was pretty disgusted when my dealer wnated to give me $18,000 for my 2003 NH LS180 skid steer when I bought from him for $35,000 20 months ago. He had a used one on the lot with less equipment than mine and wanted $28,000. Same thing with my TC33D with SS. They wanted a few doallrs less for a used one than I bought a new one for.

The bad thing is the loader on 2wd reduces the market greatly at least around here near Detroit. Also, if there are a lot Ford Motor Co. employees in the area, the price of used goes way down because, like myself through my bro-in-law, they get Ford A-plan discounts which are better than $3000 per discount, which is what I saved on my TC33D. Now, that would be a $7000 discount since prices have skyrocketed due to the supposed "steel surcharge". If it's worth your while, find out what the loader is worth on a 4x4 and on your 4x2. It may be cost effective to sell the loader and accessories separate. If it comes to that, I may interested in the loader.

Sorry the link did not come through. It is WWW. machinerylink.com. Also the loader would add more than my last post indicated. I should have put on my glasses before reading your post, I didn't notice the Bush hog was a loader. Good luck again.

I recently went to several dealers to see what the trade value of my 2002 TC33D with 7308 FEL was. I was told similar values by all. In three years the tractor should be worth about 70% of its original price on trade and about 80-82% for retail. The interesting thing they also said was b/w 3 and 5 years old if the tractor is maintained well there is little differance in value. They recommened that I keep the tractor for 2 more years then sell or trade. I realy was not going to trade anyway I am very happy with the tractor.

The LS180 had the 2-speed option and the factory what I call OSHA light and horn package. That price included tax, desitnation NH credit fee, HD tires and low profile dirt bucket. Im in the process of trading-in the LS180 for a new '05 LS185.B. Long story short, (forgive me if my numbers are off) dealer gave me something like $19,500 for mine which had 320 hrs, 2-spd, full enclosed cab, and cab heat. They paid off mine off (owed $15,000 not $20,000 like I thought). NH decided to buy back mine rather than fix the noisey hydraulics and pitched in $4800 toward a new one. Dealer didn't gimme the deep discount "A-plan" discount price like I got last time when I bought the LS180 but was a fair discount something like $2800?? off list---too many numbers to remember. Glad it's nearly overwith! The LS185.B came in at around $38,000 with 2-spd, full enclosed cab, cab heat, hand controls, engine and hydraulic system heater, light and horn package, remote battery jumper posts, and a hydraulic quick attach system for the bucket. Includes sales tax, destination, NH credit fee, HD tires. Nothing down and includes $34 a month insurance for a payment of about $505 per month for 60 mos. Machine is suppose to be in mid-April .
