 Hydraulic issue mitsubishi mt 372

I just bought this tractor and it runs great and everything was going fine. Then I could not get my blade to move up or down. I cant find where to check the hydraulic fluid or filter.
Can someone please help me.
Also if someone has an owners manual for this tractor and dont need it anymore, i am offering to buy it from you.
Thanks Amanda

Welcome Amanda.

It sounds like someone closed the valve that limits the speed of the 3pth all the way.

Under the seat there should be a knob, slowly turn it open a ways and I think it'll work just fine.

Normally there's no way to check the filter but there is likely a little clear plastic window on the side of the transmission or around back on the rear of the differential housing. If the fluid line is somewhere in that window with the machine on a fairly level it's fine.

Best of luck.
