I have a MF 431 with a Perkins diesel that I recently bought at an auction. It didn't have a battery so we jumped it off using a large jump system the auction company offered. It cranked quickly and ran perfect. I got it home, bought a new farm/truck battery with 950cca and 1000ca put it in and it won't come close to turning over fast enough to crank. Charged the battery....nothing. Went and had it tested.....perfect. I have no clue where to start. Any suggestions?

I assume you checked the battery terminals and connectors.
The replacement ones will corrode up under the cable clamp,
Check where the Ground strap or cable connects to the frame. That can rust and not make a good connection.
Check that the hydraulics have no load on them. The hydraulic pump trying to lift the 3 point can put a load on the cranking.
Has the temperature changed since you were able to jump it off?
Will it crank if you jump it. ....

Thanks for getting back with me. I've checked everything except where it is grounded. I'll try that tomorrow. I've tried and can't get it to turn fast enough using the new battery and my truck. The weather has been the same....80's, and I'll make sure it's not trying to lift. Is it possible the starter is just worn out causing it to drag, and if so how could I test it? ....

Things I would look for.
Starter, would have to pull it and take to get tested.
Auto Zone might be able to test.
Before that, I would suspect that something is dragging it down.
My first thought is that the Hydraulics have a load on them.
It could be that you got water in the Hyd oil and it has clogged up something.
That takes a lot of power to overcome, as the hydraulic pump will start pumping as soon as the engine begins turning.
Maybe also maybe the PTO is engaged, pto clutch is sticking, or the clutch is sticking, which I believe is the all the same clutch pedal.
Did anything significant happen the last time it ran?
Weird noises, shifter did something odd.
I had a MF1240 that a 'Friend' grabbed the range shifter to climb on the tractor, and stuck in 1, but it could be put in turtle, which locked up the trans.
Had to pull the shifter and move the gears to neutral to fix it and put the stick back in.
Put in neutral and see if will roll ok, then put in gear, hold clutch and see if will roll there also.

Check the main cable going to the starter, see if it is a little loose. ....

G'Day .
As arcwelder has suggested remove the ground wire from the earth point on the tractor and give it a good clean ,both surfaces, refit and make sure it is tight .
Check that the + positive /red lead where it fits onto the starter motor be careful here the bakelite cap on the Solenoid is easily broken, again make sure the connection is good .
Set the position lever , The lever nearest you to the Down position this will make sure that the hydraulics wont cause a drag on the engine.
If after proving all of this remove the starter motor ,(Make sure you disconnect the battery terminals FIRST)and have the starter motor serviced.
Happy Days.
Hutch. ....

Thank you both for getting back with me. It's rained hard the past 2 days here in FL so haven't been able to work on it. I will try all your suggestions and let you know how it went.

And to answer your question nothing happened when it was running. No smoke and no noises. ....
