 BX23 vs. B7410/B2410--changing front attachments

This is my first posting as I am researching and looking to buy my first tractor. I have a long steep driveway for which I need to blow snow and wish a front mounted blower. I also need a front end loader and backhoe for summer jobs. I have heard conflicting information from dealers about the length of time and difficulty in changing from the front end blower to front end loader. Some say with the BX23 it is alot faster and easier verses the B7410 or B2410.

I do not want to spend a day each spring and fall changing these attachments. How big a deal is it to change these components on these models? Any comments or information would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I have never spent more then 30 minutes even learning how to change the systems. Yes to do an initial install might take a couple of hours but not to just exchange. There are times depending on what you are going to do that it might only take you five minutes for some things. Your dealers service dept. might even be able to teach you how or work you thru it. I do like to have the customers come in and do it with a technician if they will.

The old BX series (last year)was a pain to switch from FEL to front implements because you had to dismount and remount the loader controls and the hoses were a rats nest.

I just looked at the new set up two days ago..... very nice. I think it is now on par with anything out there.

Take a look at my 2230. The loader comes off and on in 2 minutes literally. I also have the snow blower, and can attach that in less than 10 minutes (PTO shaft takes the most time).
