Need your help! After a year of indecision, I have finally decided to sell one of my family members... my Kubota B5100 tractor. My wife has finally convinced me that it is almost impossible to ride two tractors at once, although if possible, I would try. I purchased a BX1800 this past spring and could not be more happy with it.
The question is, what would be a fair price to sell the tractor for? Comes with a 4' hydralic plow, Woods heavy duty mid-mount mower deck, low hours and in almost excellent shape.
Any suggestion would be most helpful.

It is difficult to say "what is a fair price"...to the seller or purchaser, a different viewpoint will be had.
Sorry, did not mean to psycho-analyze. Most folks are looking for that investment to be made, however with a loader involved. With the great shape that you described the equipment in, you could probably realize an asking price of about $4k - $5k. One of the hindering aspects, is the fact that this model is a smaller model, and though loaders were avaliable at the time, they are difficult to locate today,( yes, there are after market add-ons available), but potentially not that small, that are worth investing for the purchaser. I suspect that the local dealer in Middletown did not give a fair price for a trade in.

Try doing a search in Google, or whatever, on it and you may find some others for sale around the country. It will get you some asking prices, at least. ....
