Is there a way to bypass the clutch safty switch? It looks like to replace it the tractor case has to be split. I need to know of a way to by pass it so the tractor will start. Thanks in advance

Can you access the wire(s) to it? If so you should be able to. Of course it is there for a real safety reason.
What is the problem with the switch? Could your clutch pedal or the switch not just need adjusting? Also how are you sure it is this switch? ....
