Purchasing questions for a Kubota L3130HST-F

I've been lurking here for a few months now, trying to keep up with all the options people are looking at and why. I'll start out with what I'm thinking and the options/pricing I have so far. We're in Grafton, NH which is East of Lebanon in the Upper Valley area. We have a little over 100 acres, mostly wooded with logging trails throughout. We have a 1100' driveway and a number of projects coming up, that make us seriously consider a tractor.

My wife, Elaina, went to the dealer (Townline Equipment) solo and just asked for pricing for this class of tractor and here is what she came back with:

L3130HST-F $16,125 (is the upgrade to L3430 worth it? $17,250)
R4 Tires +$800
LA723 Loader +$4415

Do these numbers sound about right? One thing I'm wondering is does it make sense to just get one of the Kubota TLB packages? I think an L39 might be a but much for me, but who knows.

The dealer is in Plainfield, NH Townline (http://www.townlineequipment.com), which is about 45 minutes (30 miles) away. The dealer for us is pretty important, we haven't checked out all the dealers in the area but we do get the warm and fuzzies from them. I haven't confirmed this with them but my understanding from my wife is:

They'll come onsite for service they can do onsite, otherwise they'll deliver a loaner and haul ours away. It's free while under warranty and just have to pay for fuel cost after that for pickup/dropoff. I think this is typical of most dealers, but anything we buy with the tractor (like the loader or backhoe) they will install for free. If I go back in 3 months and buy the backhoe, they will charge me for installation.

Financing is huge for us, pick the right tractor and there is 36-month 0%. My understanding is you can roll all Kubota implements into the deal as well as some % total cost of non-Kubota. The one thing this does is make me want to get the backhoe with the tractor because I will likely use it eventually.

I like Kubota because they have a solid reputation, and MOST people are happy with their purchase. I expect to have problems with whatever tractor I purchase but just feel like I will have a good experience with the big K.

Loader is an absolute must, leaning towards just staying with Kubota. I'm strongly considering the SS-QA assuming that it's compatible with other skid-steer items. I know the only other option Kubota offers are the forks, but it would be nice to pickup something like a skid-steer plow in the want-ad, or whatever.

One thing that concerns me about the Kubota loader, which may or may not apply to the LA723, is something about the lack of downforce in the bucket? I keep hearing different things about not being able to use the lip of the bucket for grading or something, others say just don't push the lever all the way and you can get downforce.

What are the + and of a 4-in-1 bucket? It seems like it would be useful for so many things but there must be a down-side. I'm guessing I'll need to go with a 3 rd party bucket? Maybe it's heavier, having a big hole in it must hurt holding liquid or mud? How much more is it typically than a standard bucket? Maybe I'll be better off with a thumb on the backhoe?

Another implement we will need is an auger/post hole digger, I'm thinking an 8. Elaina bought 100 or so trees this year and if I'm getting a tractor I'm not digging tree holes by hand. We also have a number of fencing and alike projects that would benefit from having one.

With the purchase or shortly there after we need a rotary cutter, I'm thinking Bush Hog brand. We probably have 2+ miles of logging trails throughout the property. Over time they have started to grow high grass and saplings and we need a quick way to bring them back to shape. I don't imagine we'll need to do any serious grating, I'm hoping the bucket will be enough for repairs, but I won't know until I try. Graters seem like a pretty easy implement to pickup after the fact, if necessary.

What is somewhat optional but probably worth getting now is a backhoe, of course. I keep seeing reference to the BH90, which I think is the larger of them to put on there. I'm leaning towards a 12 bucket based on some feedback I've seen. We have a number of projects coming up that this will help us do instead of having to bring someone in. Anywhere from the sauna, barn, my tunnel network, some stumping. All things seem easier with a backhoe. My gut says to stay with Kubota, but they also sell Woods, which I understand to be pretty well regarded.

I think that wraps it up. Please let me know if I'm heading down the right or wrong path. The dealer also sells New Holland, which I will probably check out as well. Elaina's Dad has a 40something HP one, which he seems very happy with and bought it with most of the same implements I'm looking at.

Did I mention Orange is my favorite color? Also, can you please give me an idea of how much is too much for the different options I'm looking at:

L3130HST-F
LA723 with SS-QA and bucket
BH90
Post Hole Digger w/ 8 auger
What size Bush Hog is right for this tractor, and how much?

Is there a comparable TLB that I should be considering that is of a similar price of the L3130+L+B?

Thanks.

(PS don't be surprised or offended to see this message posted on other forums, I really need a lot of input in such an important decision.)
