I have had one for about a month. I installed it myself in less than 9 hours. I had never used a backhoe before, and when I first started out,I was afraid that I had wasted my money. But after some practice, things went better and the backhoe became much stronger. I have grubbed every stump that I can find and last week dug the footers for a new garage. I removed many rocks, some twice as large as the 12" bucket. Now, I love it.

Then why is the BX23 ROPS taller than the other BX ROPS?

Not a problem, was already planning to go to the dealer and buy the bx22/23 rops.(THERES NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO TURN AROUND IN THE ORIGINAL ROPS) Craig.

They won't sell it to you, Craig. Not legally at least. Liability issues.

Build your own. It will be cheaper and you can get exactly what you want.

From what I've read the BX22 and BX23 Rops won't fit the other
BX tractors.

I wouldn't believe everything you see on the TBN.

I've measured both a 2230 and a 23 and they are interchangable. The only difference is the lower connection to the BH subframe. The two 4-bolt patterns on the top of the fenders are the exact same.
