 New B7800 having a problem w/mmm

Ok guys. I mowed for about 30 minutes today and the mmm disengaged itself probably 8 or 10 times. I'd put it back in and it would go for a while, then just gently disengage. The yellow nob would just go down by itself. Called my dealer he said he'd never heard of that happening before??!! He's going to pick it up by Tues. HELP?!!!

I'd have to say the same and it might just need to be adjusted so it stays engaged. Should be a simple fix.

Since the yellow knob is slowly moving down I'd say that the switch will have to be replaced. Maybe Art is right and it can be adjusted but adjustable switches are not very common. Still an easy fix but they may not have the part on hand.

Kubota uses low effort levers for many of the the things that Deere chooses to use electric switches for. There is no need to panic because of switch failure due to moisture or condensation.

Thanks for the input. I am missing being able to mow. I'll keep you posted.
