Caveat emptor. I've heard from more than one source that "Kioti" is Korean for "drivetrain problems" (loosely translated, of course).

KenB, I've ordered a Kioti LK3054 but it hasn't been delivered yet. I've noticed that you have been one of the few negative responders concerning this brand. I would like to know if I should follow through with my purchase. I certainly don't want to have the drive train fall out on my new tractor. Did this happen to you? Did you own a Kioti? If it didn't happen to you personally, could you please give me the name of those folks that it did happen to so I can check with them. As a lot of people have said, the real value of these forums are the grass root opinions that we can obtain. I will anxiously wait for your reply. Thanks in advance. ....

I got a DK 35 early this year (80 hours so far) and I recommend them highly !! ....

Farmhouse, while doing my comparison shopping for the last month (can't wait to see the phone bill)I spoke several times to a dealer in Calif who has sold seventy Kioti's in the last couple years. He said he has had three warranty claims. Two pin hole leaks in hydraulic hoses and one loose self tapping screw on some sheet metal part. That's it for seventy tractors. I can provide his phone # if you want to talk to him. Mark ....
