 Kubota L3600GST 4wd w/loader - how does it stack upto a JD?

Looking at a used 1996? L3600GST 4wd tractor w/loader. It has roughly 500 hours on it. Was wondering what would a reasonable price be and also how does this model stack upto say a JD-970/1070 series tractor. Thanks in advance.Regards

Mark, try driving the two, I don't think that with the loader you can compare the JD shuttle shift to kubota's. The kubota should definitely cost you more due to the resale value but it is far more user freindly, just getting on the two will tell you that! Price is variable but depending on condition mid teens would be a bargin!

Mark,In my opinion, both are good tractors. the kubota is far more bang for the buck. The Kubota has a Shuttle, better instrumentation, longer wheelbase, easier on/off the machine. The Green one, as usual, is more stripped down w/no shuttle, and probably more money Jim
