We heard from a bunch of you about collar shift problems on JD 4200 and 4300. How about some positive feedback. Is anyone not having problems?

4300 2wd with collar shift had to go to the shop one time for an adjustment. Works fine now at 250 hrs. I think some people just aren't giving themselves time to learn the new machines. Dealers should really explain the operation, especially to first time buyers. ....
