 790 or Cub Cadet

I know this is a JD forum but I am hoping for a little honesty here. I have a lead on a great deal on a 7265 Cub Cadet. Anyone know about them or should I go for the 790 JD?
Thanks
Scott

That model cadet tractor is not an economy tractor like the 790. If they where both the same price there would only be one choice.

 790 or Cub Cadet

I'm not sure I understand Art's post. I can get the cubcadet with a loader for the same price as a 790 with a loader.
Thanks

The Cadet is a full featured tractor. The proper model to compare it to would be the 4200 JD series. I didn't mean to confuse you. But when doing comparing it is best to compare apples to oranges.

Let me try that again comparing apples to apples and oranges to oranges. I need to do one thing at a time or a little closer to that some days.

I'd take it at Art thinks the Cub would be the better deal.

I understand. I guess what I should have spat out was I was worried that the Cub Cadet is an inferior machine even with the addition features. Thanks for the help.
