JUST RECIEVED MY 790 4WD REAR

Just thought i would let you know. I have had my new 790 with r4 tires and 419 fel since october 2002. I have 17 acres and use it for brushhogging and clearing limbs and any thing else i can think of. It is really a nice machine a little close but i like having all the controls at hand. I think you will be very happy with your choice. Good Luck!
Let us know how it works out for you.

Congratulation, good choice. I've had my JD 790 for over a year now an it's done everything I asked it too...

There is a old saying "Keep it simple stupid, there's less to wrong"

Please post a message in reference to your likes and dislikes of the hoe. I've been toying with the idea of buying a hoe for mine. I would like some input before I drop the $$$. thank you

I also am thinking of getting the no.7 hoe for my 790. Just wondering if it is worth the $6000 or is the 790 too light of a machine for a backhoe.
