price check on AC 5040 and Deere 616 rotary cutter

We're looking to buy a used AC 5040 and Deere 616 rotary cutter. Tractor's got a flat right rear tire and dead battery that we'd have to replace ourselves. Any thoughts on what's a fair price for each piece?
