I'm looking for a pair of 7.00 X 15 rims for the front of my 1979 950 2wd w/FEL. I have a pair of 4.00 X 15 that I need to get rid of and would like to get $100 for the pair. After much research I'm still not sure if 7.00 X 15 is the correct size for my tractor or not. I intend to use turf tires. Even if you don't have the rims I would sure like to find out what is the recommended size for my tractor and if there are any alternatives.
Ken

Hope you have better luck than I have. I looked for front rims for my 1984 950 with MFWD. Mine have rust around the valve stem. I searched on yahoo for tractor salvage deere and got a lot of hits. I e-mailed at least a half dozen and no one had them. Deere wants about $150 apiece. Mine aren't all that bad so I haven't broke down and bought new yet. ....
