Gents,
I have a 2001 4300. There is an oil overflow tube on the right (as you are sitting) and it spews oil periodically, in addition to smoke. Happens frequently and is concerning me. Any scoop on this problem? Any help appreciated.

Blowby can be caused couple by of things.. One can be you have lost compression in one or more of your cylinders due to worn rings and enlarged cylinder diameter allowing explosion exhaust to be pushed into the oil crankcase causing the pressure you see ....
