john deere 4100 with 410 loader hydraulic problem

Hello I'm new to this so I don't really know what to say. I have a john deere 4100 with a 410 loader. The loader and power steering work flawlessly but the 3 point hitch will not move. I just bought the tractor and didn't know own much about it and when I tried to hook up to a plow today the are would not pick up. I've don't a complete fluid flush and I have cleaned the filter and magnets and still nothing. And advice or things to check be for I take it to a dealer? Thank you very much.
Mark

Check the knob under the seat that controls the 3ph movement rate...it may be locked down

Hi, I'm not sure on this maybe one of the other readers can set me straight. that maybe a yanmar motor and I think that has two hyd. pumps (front & rear) on the left side of the motor. now you will need to verify this info.

Yes sir it has 2 pumps and the yanmar motor. And far as I can tell but cracking hoses loose they have good pressure. I loosened the pulls on the outlet port on each side of the pump and had pressure

well then, I know this is basic but I would then look at the 3 pt lever linkage to know that it is connected under the platform.

Do not know this tractor model but there is any valve that you need to switch between the front end loader and the lift?

Also does it have draft and lift levers and are both raised? The lift will or will NOT lift with nothing on it?
