Im in need of some advice. I have a John Deere MX6 brush hog that I need to change the blades on. can anyone give me some tips on making this job easier and safer. I need to know what size socket is needed for blade removal. Thanks

The socket size needed for blade change is 1 1/2". 3/4" drive will make it easy to break loose the nuts. You will probably need a 6 or 8 inch extension to reach down through the deck. ....
