Go Bottombackhoe attachment off JD 450 loader

A local dealer has a backhoe attachment off a JD 450 loader. I would like to put it on my Ford 4610. He said it would attach to my 3pt. Would this be a wise decision? This is a used unit and is not on a machine at this time. What should I look for to see if it is any good. I do know the dealer and he will stand by it, but he obviously won't guarantee it forever.
