Sparky;
That code indicates the hydro is trying to recieve both forward and reverses signals at the same time from the pedals. It doesn't say anything about something wrong with the hydro drive it's self just the controlers. From there on I can't help you.

Hardwood thank you again I just went out and pulled both pedals back and started up the tractor no error code so got on and she went forwards stopped and went to go into rev. and same thing as before pulled back on both pedals and went in rev. it appears that the pedals are hanging up Thanks again for your help I don't think I'm screwed after all.

My 4310 is a 12/12 reverser transmission so I couldn't look under mine to see what's there. I did look it up in my service manual and by the looks of it there are several little levers, pins, etc that might be dry and need a bit of WD-40 or sometning to limber them up. Frank.
