we've got a 2440 that that won't hold the loader up under
any kind of load. You can watch it drop from 8' to ground
level in less than a couple minutes. We've had it to the
john deere dealer for a complete overhaul of the
hydraulic system. Any help?

If you paid the dealer for a complete overhaul and it's not working right you should take it back and make them diagnose it. Or they should pay another dealer to fix it. ....
