Enjoy your tractor, you'll find all kinds of things for it to do. Frank.

Isn't it amazing what these little tractors can do? I love my 4310 and the work I've down with it. You'll keep amazing yourself with what it can do. Congrats and enjoy!

How is that 300cx loader? My 4410 is going in to get one tomorrow...I opted for the HD 73" loader for an extra $268. I am looking forward to begin to use it immediately. Do you use additional rear weight (blade, weight box, wheel weights, or loaded tires) or have you been going with just the wieght of the tractor. My next purchase is the RB 1172 rear blade (505 pounds I believe)for grading and counter weight. I'll have to be careful until then I guess.

 finally! tractor is home!

I wanted to upgrade my 4115 to a 4410 but the dealer here in Colorado said JD is all sold out of 4310s and 4410s and I'd have to go to the 3000 Twenty series, at considerably higher cost for the equivalent HP and hydraulics. Bummer!

hey everyone!
the new loader is great so far, speed, control, power all seem to be right where they should be. I have a 65" frontier medium duty box on the back, I think my salesman said just under 800lbs? all tires are loaded. your right, I am continually amazed what this tractor can do. when I was a kid most of my experience was on a 8N, even the old ford could do alot. later on, drove some really old D8's for a contractor, some back hoe work on a farm and various other equipment. what they have done lately with diesels, electronics and mechanics in general is amazing.
