I am unable to get any battery voltage to the ignition switch.
According to the wiring diagram I have voltage to the fuse block but be a none to the switch. Could it possibly be a problem with the circuit board in the gauge cluster?

You need power coming out of the fuse block to work. ....

I know less than nothing about electrical things so I won't offer anything on the 4400 problem.
But just good to see you posting again, I been somewhat absent for a while too.

did you try a new fuse? the fuse most likely,looks good? But at times I have found sometimes the fuse doesn't make contact at the terminals[corrosion].I have encountered this on my JD 430. ....

Problem was in the female part of the ignition switch.
