Take a look at Winco Generators. I own a 55KW Diesel unit for my home and office and it runs everything like a champ. Engine is a Cummins.

I also own a Winco PTO 25KW generator and it too is simply awesome.

My Winco is simply awful. The unit breaks down constantly and parts avalibility and service are pathetic. Ten thumbs down for them!

Jeez- you must have a lemon. I have had then a while and have been impressed with the units. I have had zero issues with either unit. Sorry to hear that.
