I have a belarus 250 as tractor it will not start we put new fuel pump new batteries new glow plugs and still will not start could it be the start it's getting fuel it cranks but will not kick over

The T25A is the same as the 250.
Did you replace the injector pump or just the primary pump? Have you bleed the system? Make sure that you move the hand throttle until you see the foot pedal move down some. If that doesn't help the check to see if you have fuel to the injectors. I crack the lines at the injectors, place the throttle to full, pull out the decompression lever and then turn the engine over. You should have fuel coming out of the nuts, may have to crank a little longer if it has not run in a while. When you have fuel coming out then tighten the nuts. If you have fuel there then it should start. ....

If you did not change the settings of gears 4 and 6, then you do not have to change the pump timing when replacing the pump. ....
