ThanX for all your help, i tore all of the wires off that little commie and have someone coming over tomorrow the 16th to rewire. i put a water temp guage on it for the oil temp and it worked OK, a friend sent me a schematic of the wiring so i think i will be OK. I am doing away with all the do dads on the tractor and just keeping the necessary stuff. alt, starter, front and rear lites and necessary guages.I am hereto tell you that thing had a mess of wires that looked like a mass of white worms, did i tell you that all the wires was white, not a colored one on it.

I thionk i got it made now with some help, i do appriciate all your help, so a big thanX again

Well don't keep us in suspense too long now.

How did it turn out?

Best of luck.

Can you share your schematic. I have a short and probably need to rewire my tractor, too. Thanks.

i will try, i am not very versed on this computer, i have a scanner but, i haave never been able to get the scaned picture to where i can send it over email. i cut out all of the extra stuff,( side lites, park and brake lites, trailer hook-up, and dimmer switch) i kept just the basic lights and guages.

I will have to study my books and will attempt to send it to you.

ThanX Jerry

If it would be easier to send it to me by fax, I'll send you my fax number. And thanks for sharing.
