Mitsubishi MX55 excavator manual

Hi, I'm looking for workshop/maintenance manual for my Mitsubishi MX55 excavator (1989). I know Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is transfered to Caterpillar and I know there is Mitsubishi engine in Cat mini-excavator. I checked on ebay, google search, user manuals specialized web site...nothing.

I also wrote to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Caterpillar Japan and Caterpillar America with no success.

Can you help me?

If it's an export model, any dealer that sells it should be able to help.

But if it's a grey-market machine (which could explain why the companies won't help), you could hire a Japanese to order a manual from Japan and translate it for you. Or find the closest export model, and order its service manual from a dealer. Or look for an owners group and see if a member has a work-around.

My excavator is not a grey-market machine.

The big problem is there no Mitsubishi dealer near my place. I called to Caterpillar dealer and he told me he can help me for engine parts (with engine serial number) because the Caterpillar mini-excavator had Mitsubishi engine in. But he told me he can't sell to me any manuals or other parts.

I spent lot of time on the web to find Caterpillar corresponding excavator or Mitsubishi model close mine. I already bought a manual of close model, but it was totaly different.

I agree to buy japenese version and translate it, but again, I can't even find japenese version!

Still need help!.
