I've discussed this a bit on a different thread just thought I'd give everyone one last chance to chime in.
Looks like I'll go Mon to sign the papers on the deal below.

My question is am I overlooking anything.
Needs are currently mowing/some home landscaping and pushing snow ...
Like to do the above with the LEAST amount of implements initially as possible.
Later I can see a pole barn/couple horses taking back some pasture for the homestead and moving some mighty large rock piles to a central location.
For what it's worth ... this has and continues to be a great site for tractor info and I wish to thank ALL who take the time to contribute to it.

Sounds kinda high, I price a New one with Bucket for $18,400.00, (HST)
Should come with Joy Stick.
This was back in Dec, Shouldn't have changed that much. ....

14% off of list price, on a used tractor? Then he's gonna charge you $200 more than list price on the loader & joystick? I'd think long and hard on that deal.
He's got plenty of room to wheel and deal. ....

Regrettably I’m up against it here. I need a tractor now
The tractor I think I want is the L3130.
There’s no other Kubota dealer within hundreds of miles to help push the price down.
Only other option is to go with a different brand …
NH wants $22,500 for a TC33 SS with quick att bucket.
Push come to shove … I did see a 2004 Case DX33 with 40 hours for $19,000 … unit came with a 5ft blade, Case 60 in snow blower, Case MMM, dual hyd and a quick att skid steer bucket .
No warranty
So … that’s where I’m at for now

I'm still trying to figure out how a machine with 200 hours can be sold as new---typically 600 hours a year is considered average for construction machinery. Even at 200 hours it would have had to have been running 40 hours a week for 5 weeks straight, or 20 hours a week for 10 weeks, or like most guys I know 5 hours a week would mean 40 weeks---or nearly a year! Something is not right. I have a hunch it even though it was was never "titled" or sold, it was used---and I mean USED---as a rental unit by the dealer so that they could still make money off it, and not have pay for it necessarily (my NH dealer tells me if they have a piece of equipment on their lot for more than 30 days they have to pay interest on it---new or used.) ....

I believe the price is too high for a used tractor. I just purchased a brand new L3130 with LA723 Loader, joy stick included, quick attach skid steer, heavy duty, round back bucket and bolt on edge for $21,835 which included 8.3% Washington State sales tax. I was told I paid a premium because of my location here on the Olympic Peninsula

When I see the loader split up between loader/bucker/quick coupler/joystick - I see the dealer is trying to have me. Those all things should come as a unit.
L3130 200hrs 31hp $22,400
Case DX33 40hrs 33hp $19,000
If I were you I'd go to that Kubota dealer and tell him that you want the L3130, but the smarter choice for you is the Case and you're getting the Case for $3400 less than the Kubota. Tell him that you'll buy his tractor if he's willing to work off $500 off his price. If not, Case is a good tractor. ....

Way to high !!!! this summer I bought a l3130 w/loader 137 Hrs Industrial tires GST which has more useable power new 6' backblade and litley use back rack for 15,023 out the door. I think you needto look more. I drove 500 mi. to get mine and would do it again to save that kind of money

All BS aside ask him what the out the door dilivered price is. Take $1000 off of that and see if he jumps. If you realy want the tractor that is a good starting place. Make him think you will walk, you can always kiss up later. I am with RR, and EW I smell a rat. ....

Look at the Kubota websight and look under dealers. There is one in Aberdeen, SD., Fargo, and a little east of Bismark. Also, if they won't budge look at John Deere somewhere. They are higher but maybe a used one somewhere. ....
