I found one!!!

I stopped at the local JD (gasp!) dealer on a "hunch" to see what they had for top links, and low and behold there it was. A short CAT 1 top link. All I have to do is kiss the width of the eyes a bit with the grinder to make it fit.

Picture 17 in my album here shows it with the recipt next to it for size comparasin. (I don't think the text is readable though) Out the door it was $19.95. Part number is JSA1009. I hate to take the food out of a starving Kubota employee, but $75 for a top link? Really.

Well.... sorry!

I thought they were still too wide and too long. But certainly easier to adapt that a full sized link. ....

A touch with the angle grinder took care of the width, and the body is only 10" long (shorter than the OEM) which will work perfect. Waiting on the orange paint to dry now.

I still want the Hydraulic TnT though! LOL ....

DRankin, I sent you a private msg but I'm not sure if you got it. Would you be willing to sell one of them? I can't find one for the life of me. This must not be a JD part number. I am using a cat0 one now 1/2 fast with bushings. Nobody seems to have the shorty other than the Kubota dealer. Send an email to my private email if ytou are willing to sell one. OR.....AV8R...if you can give me the JD dealer name I can possibly order it from them if they have another one. ....Thanks...Jim ....

DRankin...5 minutes on the MagnaMatic and it fits like a glove!

If this is the same part number as above it's much better than the stock one as far a adjusting and strength.

Thanks for sending it so quick..Jim ....

I have a B7610 and bent the factory top link pushing snow (hit concrete barrier!). The Kubota dealer said it would cost $100! He showed me one identical to yours in the picture (except longer) that he ground to fit my tractor and it cost me $23 and is much, much easier to adjust (no wrenches) and much stronger. It doesn't have a zerk fitting, but white lithium spray seems to work fine. If they had replacement lower link arms that adjusted this easy also, I would change mine out. I think the top link is made in India. ....
