Could use some help. I have made a decision to purchase a B7500HSD with a loader attachement. First, what would be a good/super price that I should pay for this machine. Second, know of any dealers in Connecticut, Mass, or RI that I should contact to get a deal. Third, any good used B7500 out there?
Thanks

There was a dealer here in IN selling his last one for 11,400. It was just tractor and 60" MMM. I believe the MMM and the Loaders are a trade off price-wise so that should be near a super price. ....

From a fellow New Englander, it is the worst area to get a deal in the country. They must all use oil heat!! Check ad #1715 in the classifieds and contact him in NY about a B7500. Why buy used?? The current interest rate from Kubota is so low and the resale so high, you could end up paying more for a used one than a new one!

A good fair price for the b7500 hydro with a loader is around 12,500-12,800. The 60" mower is about $400-$500 less than a loader though, not the same as stated in an earlier post. Make sure the dealer will take care of you in the long run too. Seems a lot of dealers will give you a low low price, but not take care of you or not include some very basic extras that a good dealer should. Just get everything in writing before traveling a long distance and find out it isn't the price you agreed upon. ....

Weypaul, Salem FS has a great repitation also.. Curious if you don't mind what you paid.
Stemmler, Curious what prices you are getting? They can't be that far off on a B7500. Did you contact Emerich??

PACESETTER, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, I ALMOST BOUGHT THE B7500 FROM CARVER IN NO. CAROLINA. YOU WOULD THINK THAT DEALERS IN HEW HAMPSHIRE WOULD BE COMPETITIVE, BUT THEIR NOT. THEY THINK NOT HAVING THE SALES TAX IS ADVANTAGEOUS TO MAKING MORE PROFIT. ....

The stories that get heard about dealers, not just in New England but all over. I bought an orange years ago from a dealer about 6 miles from the house. I got a reasonable deal at the time, and I grew up with most of the guys that worked there. Dealer went out, the franchise got picked up by another dealer even closer. I went back to price out a B7500...first off, it was higher than any where else - not by a little - by alot! Then when I asked what the absolute best price was, they responded "if you buy from any one else and you have a problem, I'll make sure that your the last one on the service roster, warranty or otherwise"!
I realize that all dealers do not act this way, but alot do. I also realize that no-one wishes to be on the receiving end of someone elses problem, however, if under warranty...it is still under warranty. Needless to say, I did not buy there. The best price that I found was in Middlebury VT, at 12.8 with HST, FEL. The MMM was still another $2100.
Sounds like you got a very good price at Salem Farm Supply.
Good luck with it.
