I've been quoted a price of $10,300 for a new BX2200 with the 60" belly mower. Can anyone tell me if that's a fair price? I'll be mowing a couple of acres, some of which is on about a 25% slope. Is the BX2200 the right choice?

I was given a price quote of $10,000 from Zimmer Tractors Miamitown, Ohio. That was for a BX2200 and a 60" belly mower. I was also told that the 2200 would handle a slope bettter than the 1800. ....

Tractorsmart is currently advertising this package on their website for $9950.00. That's a very good price, but the freight charges (to the west coast) make that deal impractical for me. Therefore, I put money down on the unit in Silverton, OR. Thanks to those that responded to my post. ....
