I am having trouble understanding why so many of you are having issues with your Nortrac machines. I know that none of you would buy a tractor that was not supported by a local dealer network. Check your English language Parts Manuals and Service Manuals for guidance. Go down to your local nortrac dealer and ask the Service Department for advice, their Nortrac factory trained mechanics should be happy to help you. Good luck!!

Aren't they sold mainly by Northern Tools, which usually ships them to the original buyer? The second owner may not know even that. ....

For me your question is the answer. The line about your local nortrac dealer, how do you find them? Or where are they? I did a search for Nortract tractors and it did not bring up any web site for them or way to locate dealers or support. The only soucre I saw for them is Northern Tool. OK they are good company (NT) but the nearest to me is 120 or so miles and I know they don't have any service center there.

Within the 120 mile distance is probably 3 or more Kioti dealerships, at least half dozen of JD, NH, Kubota or MF. Those all have mechanics and parts departments.

Now I have never sat on a Nortrac machine, heard one run. They may be worth every bit of what they cost if the support is there. ....
